About the event
The Palace of Inquisition (Spanish: Palacio de la Inquisición). Is one of the best examples of late colonial, civil architecture. In 1610 it was originally established as the “Holy Office” of the Spanish Church, because Cartagena was a transit point between the Caribbean and Spanish settlements in western South America.
Today the palace is open as a museum.
